Prosecutors claim Sean "Diddy" Combs' businesses were involved in "sex trafficking" and "forced labor."

The three-count indictment accuses Sean "Diddy" Combs of engaging in a "persistent and widespread pattern" of physical, verbal, emotional, and sexual abuse targeting women and others.
According to the indictment, from 2009 onward, Combs allegedly assaulted women by hitting, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking them on multiple occasions.
The complaint further asserts that Combs utilized his businesses and employees to "facilitate, execute, and conceal his abuse and involvement in commercial sex."
Additionally, it claims that Combs' enterprises were involved in "sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for prostitution, coercion, drug-related offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice."
Prosecutors argue that Combs maintained "absolute loyalty" from his employees through "violence and threats" and that the illegal activities of the Combs Enterprise were shielded through "intimidation, manipulation, bribery, and threats of retaliation" against witnesses.
